6 axis CNC spring machine has 6 sets of servo motors,completely abandoned the traditional 5 axis CAM reducing mechanism whose operation is cumbersome, by the CNC system directly control the springdiameter and reducing diameter, new workers easy to learn and easy to understand. 

It increases thenumber of wire feeding rollers, when coiling specified wire spring, five groups of wire feed rollers canensure that the original shape of the wire precision is not crushed, enough wire feed traction to ensurethe wire feed precision;

The assist mandrel mechanism adopts the hydraulic locking function, and it isfixed by, the hydraulic jacking after lifting, which is easy to operate, with small vibration and high incisionprecision; Wire bending mechanism will speed up for the first circle of spring bending after change anew wire. 

The functions of straight cut, subtend cut, swing cut, twist cut are complete;

Wire feeding mechanism has two speed transmission which are high speed and low speed;

The control system matchesthe remote Internet interface, and the software has a graphical automatic programming template.

Afterinputting the required value, the system will automatically generate a Spring program, and the requiredcoiled spring can be completed by slight modification. 

The machine can be equipped with imagingmeasuring instrument.
