1. PLC control, touch screen to input parameters and display equipment status, the feed amount, feed speed and feed intensity of multiple rough grinding and fine grinding can be set separately,
    and the correction time after the end of the feed can be set.

2. There are two working stations on the left and right in the equipment, each station can place 1-2 springs at the same time, or make special tooling to install more springs.

3. The screen can display the current current value, correction time, working time, feed amount, compensation value, etc.

4. The servo motor feeds fully automatically, the feed position is accurate, and the feed frequency can be intelligently adjusted in real time according to the set friction size.

5. After the program is set, place the spring on the work station, press the clamping button, close the front door of the equipment, and press the one-key start button to start production according to the set program.
   After the production is completed, it will stop swinging and cooling. Water, withdraw from the feed.

6. External cooling water tank, large-caliber water pump, automatic magnetic roller slag removal and automatic precipitation.

7. The suspension swing on the spring and the grinding wheel of the motor feed from the rear can reduce the wear of the track, increase the life of the equipment, and reduce the erosion of the equipment track by sand and water.
