    feed speed and feed intensity of multi-channel coarse grinding and fine grinding respectively.

2. Schneider and other brands are used for other electrical equipment, and the layout of electrical cabinets is neat, reasonable and standardized.

3. Taiwan linear guide rail and ball screw control feed.

4. The feed servo motor shall be super synchronous or other domestic brands.

5. The equipment can grind two springs with an outer diameter of less than 400mm or four springs with an outer diameter of less than 200mm at the same time.

6. The screen can display the current current value, correction time, total working time, feed rate, compensation value, etc.

7. After the program is set, place the spring on the station, press the clamping button, close the front door of the equipment,
   and press the one button start button to carry out production according to the set program. After the production is completed, it will be prompted by the alarm light.

8. The protective cover of the equipment is fully enclosed and has a transparent observation window.

9. High power water pump to ensure sufficient water volume, 1.5 inch single pipe.

10. The full-automatic oil pump regularly completes the refueling and lubrication of the track and lead screw.

11. The swing speed can be adjusted with stepless speed change.

12. The up swing structure reduces the wear of the track and is easier to clean.

13. The tracks moving left and right and feeding back and forth are outside the shield, can not contact water and sand, and have high service life and precision.
     With magnetic separator, iron pin and sand can be cleaned out of the machine automatically.
